The Stained Glass Cookies submitted by the Sisters Seavers took "Best Looking" at the cookie party!
We put together a make-shift lightbox to help enhance the look of the cookies. Ellen and I covered a shallow cardboard box with aluminum foil, filled it with 200 white Christmas lights, covered the top with parchment paper and VOILA...a fire-hazard to showcase our cookies! It actually ended up looking pretty neat to have the cookies illuminated like that.
